Job description

We are looking for a rockstar Senior Sales Team Lead to join the Bolt Food team in order to build and grow our partners database in the market. You’ll be responsible for recruiting and managing the team that oversees partners acquisition both for restaurants and grocery stores.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive restaurant sales acquisition: oversee sales pipelines, outbound lead generation, and closing key deals with large groups and chains.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales teams in strategy, product knowledge, and advanced selling techniques (Challenger, SPIN, SNAP).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and market expansion plans, ensuring demand and supply alignment in new cities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, from independent restaurants to national chains.
  • Negotiate complex deal terms with C-level stakeholders, securing high-revenue, long-term partnerships.
  • Continuously improve sales tools, CRM processes, and Bolt Food’s Sales Playbook to enhance team efficiency.


About you:

  • 7+ years of proven success in sales with consistent achievement of high-value targets (food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplaces a plus).
  • Strong experience negotiating with C-level executives and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making and ability to spot new market opportunities.
  • Fluency in English and the local Polish, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
