Jr Program Manager
Rate: $31/hour | Fully Remote | 1 Year+ Consulting Contract
Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years’ experience delivering consulting staffing services to global technology leaders in the US is seeking a strong Junior Program Manager to work with our client, a tech giant.
This consultant will work remotely on projects within the client’s Strategy & Program Management organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and strategy of integrating partner benefits into a new program and enhancing Managed Services practice maturity. Your primary focus will be on developing and evolving programmatic approaches to ensure outstanding partner experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for fully integrating partner benefits into a new program, ensuring a seamless partner transition, transparent benefit mapping, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Support the ongoing development of Managed Services Practice maturity from a program perspective. Engage with and assist MSPs throughout the application and onboarding processes and contribute to the development of collateral and communications.
- Drive the next phase of MS Practice Maturity (MSPM) evolution post-launch, focusing on feedback incorporation, stakeholder alignment, and process optimization.
- Own and drive key meetings by organizing schedules, preparing and distributing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and following up on action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Project Coordinator/Project Manager roles, Program Management, Channel Partner Benefits & Incentives, tools, and processes.
- 2+ years of experience with Channel Partners (Managed Services Providers, non-transacting partners)
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of global channel programs and operations
- Independent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail for effective program execution
- Proven ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders
