Job Summary:

The Product Manager – Power Recall & Power DMS Mobile will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of mobile initiatives that empower users with intuitive, high-performance experiences. This role is responsible for defining the product roadmap, managing the backlog, and ensuring successful collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful mobile solutions aligned with business objectives and customer needs.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Define Product Vision: Develop and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Power Recall and Power DMS mobile, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Manage Backlog: Prioritize and refine the product backlog to reflect customer needs, stakeholder priorities, and technical feasibility.

  • Facilitate Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure efficient product development and successful launches.

  • Engage Customers: Gather customer insights, conduct usability testing, and leverage feedback to inform product enhancements and innovation.

  • Oversee Delivery: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-schedule releases and updates.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience managing mobile applications or SaaS products through the full product lifecycle.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management best practices.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with focus on user experience and business outcomes.

  • Ability to translate complex user needs into clear product requirements.


Role-Specific Requirements:

  • Experience leading mobile application products (iOS and Android).

  • Familiarity with app analytics, customer feedback systems, and user engagement metrics.

  • Understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices and performance optimization.

  • Ability to balance product innovation with reliability and scalability considerations.


Technologies:

  • Jira, Confluence, or similar agile management tools

  • Mobile analytics platforms (Firebase, Mixpanel, App Annie, etc.)

  • Collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, Slack, etc.)

  • SaaS and mobile app ecosystems (iOS, Android)
