As a Power Platform Developeryou’ll play a key role in driving business transformation through automation and data-driven insights. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and maintain scalable low-code solutions that integrate with Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solution Development & Integration
- Design and develop custom Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve user experiences.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support real-time insights and decision-making.
- Create and manage Power Virtual Agents to enable self-service and conversational automation.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft Copilot and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with departmental champions to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end users and stakeholders.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Power Platform updates and best practices, proactively recommending improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Power Virtual Agents
Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Skilled in documenting technical designs, best practices, and training materials.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments.
Familiarity with Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with governance and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code development principles.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
- Ability to mentor and support citizen developers.
