Founded in 1973, National Health Foundation is a nonprofit working within under-resourced Southern California communities to eliminate barriers to health. Our focus areas include housing, food access, built environment, and education. We aim to change the physical and social landscape of vulnerable neighborhoods, empowering individuals to live long, healthy lives regardless of income, education, or ethnic background.
