We’re looking for a Web Designer with a passion for creating high-converting eCommerce experiences.
If you love combining analytics, creativity, and business thinking to build designs that don’t just look great — they work, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web design (preferably in eCommerce).
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, prototyping).
- Experience working with Hotjar or similar analytics tools.
- Skills in After Effects (or equivalent software for motion graphics).
- Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator (a plus).
- Understanding of Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus).
- Understanding of HTML/CSS limitations and development possibilities.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design eCommerce websites, landing pages, PDPs, promo pages, and banners
- Create visual solutions based on analytics and business goals
- Work with components, responsive layouts, and design systems
- Optimize UX and conversion (Hotjar insights, A/B testing, trust triggers, layout structure)
- Create animations for web (Figma, After Effects, json format)
- Generate ideas and actively contribute to the development process
