Responsibilities
Price Benowitz LLP is looking to add a full-time Criminal Defense Consulting Attorney. The Criminal Defense Consulting Attorney will provide prospective clients with an immediate phone consultation, match them with the right attorney for their needs, and complete the retainer agreement. The ideal candidate has an excellent phone manner and sales skills as well as experience in criminal defense law.
- Quickly assess the need the potential client has for our services.
- Move through the call efficiently while adhering to a workflow.
- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice.
- Listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner.
- Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the intake team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in criminal defense law required.
- Current member of the bar, in good standing.
- Experience working in a law firm intake capacity.
- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically over the phone is a must.
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software is desired.
- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills.
- Customer/client service or sales experience a big plus!
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Base + Commission
- This position is fully remote (US Only), Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM (EST).
