This position is available for LATAM-based candidates only and requires mandatory experience either with Odoo or another ERP/CRM like Salesforce.
Cashea is a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) fintech company focused on providing credit access to Venezuelan people, democratizing financial inclusion through technology.
We are looking for a QA Analyst with experience in CRM/ERP systems (ideally Salesforce or Odoo) to ensure the quality and reliability of our accounting, operational and financial flows built on Odoo.
You will:
Design and execute manual test cases over customized and native modules in Odoo (Contacts, Accounting, Sales, Invoicing, Subscriptions, etc.)
Work closely with developers and functional teams to understand complex business logic
Test granular permission roles and security configurations inside Odoo Studio
Validate accounting and operational flows using SQL queries and functional walkthroughs
Review Python code (unit tests, logic validation) and provide feedback during PR reviews
Ensure consistency and quality across different Odoo environments (dev, staging, production)
Participate in weekly deployment QA, verifying that business rules and data integrity are preserved
Test integrations between Odoo and external systems (email, dashboards, file uploads, etc.)
Execute smoke, exploratory and regression testing during each release cycle
Maintain clear and traceable test documentation in Qase or similar tools
Log reproducible defects in Jira with detailed steps, expected vs actual behavior, and evidence
Collaborate on defining QA best practices within the ERP team
You are:
An experienced QA with 3+ years testing CRM, ERP or accounting platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Odoo, Dynamics)
Highly comfortable reading and writing SQL queries for data validation
Familiar with Python and able to understand code logic and review unit test quality
Strong in Git workflows: PR reviews, branching, and release validation
Curious and analytical, able to navigate modular architectures and complex user roles
Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Experienced with test management (Qase, TestRail) and bug tracking tools (Jira)
Understanding of agile workflows, CI/CD, and weekly release cycles
Bilingual in Spanish and English
