ABOUT THE TEAM

The Member Success Team (Inside Sales) is a front-line team, looking to engage with our existing customer base and help them to save time and money through utilising our products and services.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This is a fast-paced, hybrid sales role where you will leverage data-driven insights to speak with both existing and prospective German-speaking members, identifying needs and recommending Tide’s products and services to help them succeed in the German market.

You’ll combine consultative selling and relationship-building to support small business owners at various stages of their journey with Tide.

As a Sales Representative (German-speaking) you will:

  • Call existing members: Build rapport, understand their evolving business needs, and identify opportunities to upsell relevant Tide products and services
  • Contact prospective leads: Reach out to SMEs that have shown interest in Tide but haven’t completed sign-up. Guide them through the onboarding process, highlight Tide’s value proposition, and convert them into active members
  • Use data-led insights to personalize your conversations, improve conversion rates, and deliver a seamless member experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Member Support teams to stay up to date on new features, campaign insights, and feedback loops
  • Test new outreach scripts, lead segments, and product messaging to optimize sales performance
  • Participate in projects that support the team’s evolution and wider business objectives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tide is seeking an ambitious and bilingual sales professional who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses. You’ll thrive in a performance-driven environment and take pride in delivering personalized solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written German and English skills
  • Experience in telesales or inside sales, ideally within financial services or a tech-driven environment
  • Proven ability to work towards revenue and conversion targets
  • Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
  • Experience usingKustomer (or a similar CRM tool)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive
  • Ability to interpret data trends and behavioral signals to guide your sales approach
  • A collaborative mindset – you work well with others but also independently hit KPIs
  • Some knowledge of buyer psychology and sales techniques
  • Exposure to fast-scaling teams or projects
