SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR - RESTORATION & RECONSTRUCTION
GREATER LOS ANGELES METROPOLITAN AREA
We’re hiring a Senior Project Director for our restoration client.
This role is based in the Greater Los Angeles area.
This role can pivot, either from your own home office, or the corporate HQ.
The Senior Project Director is responsible for:
- Driving the new business development, sales, and efficiency across the company.
- This is a key leadership role that collaborates with operations to drive growth by engaging with new and existing clients.
- Must bring a proven track record of leading and managing all aspects of business development by implementing processes, analyzing data trends, promoting strong communication protocols and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Must be passionate, and effective, at building relationships both inside and outside the company.
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to drive lead generation, revenue growth and market share.
- Set sales targets, budgets, and performance objectives aligned with company goals.
- Evaluate the ROI of sales initiatives and adjust strategies, as needed, in order to meet expected GP targets.
- Oversee daily sales team to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales processes.
- Implement and optimize sales tools, and technologies, to enhance productivity and branding.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and where appropriate, act as lead in the resolution of service issues promptly and professionally.
The target salary range is generous, plus uncapped commission, and all of the usual corporate benefits.
You manage your own schedule accordingly, and are always close to home in the Greater Los Angeles area.
