Trueline is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney in Atlanta, GA. This is a high-impact role for a junior to mid-level litigator ready to grow their courtroom skills and contribute to a practice handling everything from auto and premises liability to complex commercial cases.
What You’ll Do as the General Liability Associate Attorney:
- Represent corporate clients and insurers in general liability matters, including auto, premises, and commercial claims
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses with minimal supervision
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client communication
- Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts
Must-Haves as the General Liability Associate Attorney:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Georgia bar license
- At least 2 years of litigation experience, with exposure to depositions or hearings
- Strong writing, research, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload with independence and initiative

This Role Offers:
- Base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
