We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this dual role, you’ll be supporting our executive team and making sure the office runs like clockwork every day.
You’ll play a key part in keeping things organized, handling day-to-day tasks, and making life a little easier for everyone—especially our Board. If you’re someone who enjoys staying on top of things, communicating clearly, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- managing the Board’s meeting calendar and coordinating with key stakeholders
- organizing Board meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging lunches
- planning and coordinating business travel for Board members and employees, including booking flights, trains, hotels, and car rentals, and handling travel expense reports
- managing mail, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls, and ensuring smooth information flow between the Board and other departments
- handling Board members’ expense reports
- carrying out ad hoc tasks related to the Board’s ongoing activities
- assisting with planning and coordinating in-office company meetings and events
- providing general administrative support to the GetResponse office and its employees on a daily basis
You may be a perfect fit if you have:
- at least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- a proactive, responsible approach to problem-solving
- a positive, empathetic attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- proficiency in online information research
- the ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- very good command of English (minimum C1 level)
- native or near-native proficiency in Polish
- experience working on a MacBook and a valid cat.B driving license would be a plus
Salary range:
Contract of employment: 5500 – 7500 PLN gross/month
