This full-time contract-to-hire position is located in theirย Boulder,Coloradoย office.
Job Description
Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Works remotely and in Boulder, CO, and must be willing to travel to Denver as well.
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
Position: 90 day Temp-Hire
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative
โข Schedule coaching sessions and training workshops
โข Schedule client meetings
โข Mail documents, books, and other items to clients
โข Summarize notes and workshop evaluations after a meeting or client offsite
โข Book lodging, airfare, rental cars, tours, etc.
Project Administration
โข Track tasks and issues within online project management system
โข Meet with client engagement team during key meetings
โข Summarize meeting notes
โข Coordinate engagement meetings and schedules with main client point of contact
โข Update project plan as necessary
Training/Coaching Coordination
โข Build relationships with team of trainers, coaches, and facilitators
โข Schedule and onboard trainers and facilitators for client engagements
โข Assist in development of client materials (participant workbooks, power point decks, etc.)
โข Deliver/pickup workbook and participant materials from Kinkos/printers if needed
โข Provide occasional onsite assistance during workshops and speaking engagements
โข Book meeting space for workshops
Profile and elearning Administration
โข Administer DiSC access codes for client engagements
โข Administer 360 degree profiles using DiSC, The Leadership Circle, and other online tools
โข Process requests for elearning courses
โข Utilize the Ignite Insight Action Planning System to track client action plans and feedback
โข Conduct occasional training with clients on the DiSC administration system (EPIC)
Speaking and Marketing Coordination
โข Work with the Director of Communications to coordinate quarterly marketing efforts
โข Maintain the internal marketing calendar
โข Utilize Constant Contact email marketing system during marketing campaigns
โข Assist in responding to speaking RFP requests
โข Coordinate logistics of speaking engagements with appropriate contact person
โข Assist in follow-up of speaking engagements (email newsletter, adding contact information
into the CRM system, coordinating Insight Sessions)

Qualifications
โข Extensive administrative or executive assistant experience
โข Easily learns new technologies
โข 3-5 years office work experience
โข Demonstrable Microsoft Office skills
โข Experience using Google Apps for Business
