Position Overview:
Natera is seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer to enhance and optimize our Oracle Cloud ERP and Workday Human Resource Management System (HRMS) environments by integrating advanced AI, machine learning (ML), automation, and large language model (LLM) technologies. This role will be instrumental in delivering AI-powered solutions across finance, procurement, supply chain, and human resources—leveraging platforms like ChatGPT for enterprise and its Multi-Capability Platform (MCP) capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-driven automation in Oracle Cloud ERP and Workday HRMS, including modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management (HCM).
Integrate and extend ChatGPT MCP to enhance ERP and HRMS interactions with intelligent, multi-modal assistants for use cases like employee self-service, benefits inquiries, onboarding, invoice inquiry, and procurement status updates.
Develop and deploy custom AI chatbots and virtual assistants tailored for ERP and HR applications, leveraging tools such as Oracle Digital Assistant and ChatGPT APIs.
Automate repetitive tasks across ERP and HR systems using AI and RPA tools, driving operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, Mulesoft, and Workday Extend to integrate AI models into workflows.
Apply OCI AI Services, OpenAI APIs, and Workday Prism Analytics to generate insights and predictive recommendations for both business and HR decisions.
Create AI-powered dashboards and reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Workday People Analytics, or Power BI.
Build and deploy ML models for workforce planning, attrition prediction, cash flow forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
Ensure data integrity and strong governance for AI-integrated ERP and HR systems.
Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT to identify opportunities and implement AI solutions with tangible business impact.
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to assess the viability of LLM-driven enhancements in enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
3–5 years of AI/ML engineering experience, ideally in enterprise HR and finance environments. Oracle AI Certification, OCI AI & ML Specialist, or Workday Pro certifications preferred
Hands-on experience with both Oracle Cloud ERP and Workday HRMS applications.
Experience building and deploying LLM-powered assistants, such as ChatGPT Enterprise or custom GPT agents for HR or business operations.
Industry experience in healthcare, government, or regulated environments is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, and Oracle AI Services.
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Workday HRMS, including Workday Extend and Workday Prism.
Solid background in SQL, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with RPA platforms like UiPath, or Mulesoft RPA.
Expertise in integrating AI into enterprise platforms using REST APIs, GraphQL, and OCI AI Services.
Experience developing or integrating ChatGPT MCP for HR or ERP applications is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to driving innovation and results.
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
