Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation
- Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutions
- Fluent in English. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address project-related queries
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards related to Interior Design in the US
Responsibilities
- Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software: 3D Model, Constructive Drawings, Demolition Plans, etc
- Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings
- Collaborate with architects & designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications
- Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and requirements
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards
- Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency

- Previous experience working for the US
- Having a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects related to the job description
