Full-Time Employee (FTE) – Entry to Mid-Level (2–3+ Years Experience)
Job Title: Ariba Integration Specialist – Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Ariba Integration Specialist with 2–3+ years of experience to join our procurement technology team as a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating SAP Ariba with ERP systems (such as SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.) and working knowledge of Ariba CIG or related middleware tools.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong technical foundation in a growing domain, with the support of a collaborative team in a stable enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Ariba integration with ERP and third-party systems
- Assist in configuration and monitoring of Ariba CIG, API/Web Services, and file-based integrations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate with functional analysts and technical teams to resolve integration issues
- Participate in system testing and support go-live activities
- Document integration logic, data mapping, and configuration
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience in Ariba integration or ERP procurement system integration
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba modules (P2P, Sourcing, Contracts, etc.)
- Exposure to middleware tools (SAP CIG, SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft)
- Knowledge of integration standards (cXML, XML, IDocs, JSON, APIs)
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to support live systems
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
For Contractors – 03 Roles
2. Contractor – Mid-Level (5–10 Years Experience)
Job Title: Ariba Integration Consultant – Contract
Location: Onsite preferred (Remote considered for highly qualified candidates)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ariba Integration Consultant (Contractor) with 5–10 years of hands-on expertise integrating SAP Ariba with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or Oracle. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in SAP CIG, cXML, APIs, and B2B protocols, along with experience working in large enterprise environments.
Candidates with prior experience at companies like Visa, PayPal, Mastercard, or other enterprise-scale organizations are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Ariba integration projects involving ERP, supplier networks, and third-party platforms
- Design, configure, and support integrations using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), APIs, and flat-file formats
- Handle data mapping, error resolution, interface monitoring, and troubleshooting across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and IT to align integrations with business processes
- Document functional and technical integration specifications and support knowledge transfer
- Provide post-go-live support, performance tuning, and enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in SAP Ariba integration (P2P, Sourcing, Contracts, etc.)
- Expertise in SAP CIG, Web Services/API, and cXML protocols
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA integration touchpoints
- Proficiency in working with middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, PI/PO, MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Familiarity with data formats such as IDoc, XML, JSON
- Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of working independently
Preferred:
- Experience with top-tier enterprise companies such as Visa, PayPal, Mastercard, etc.
- Ariba and SAP ERP certifications
- Experience in hybrid or remote project delivery environments
- Knowledge of supplier enablement and Ariba network configuration
