As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving and closing business, generating new leads, and managing your growing pipeline. You will be the face of TCP to your customers and prospects and will act as their main point of contact through the full sales cycle. We are looking for candidates with a “hunter” mentality, a drive to succeed and grow professionally, someone who is self-starter and has a positive mindset. Whether you are experienced in sales, but are new to SaaS, have a couple of years in SaaS sales under your belt or are an SDR and ready for your next step, we want to hear from you!
As an Associate Account Executive, you will:
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to prospective customers within assigned market segment.
- Drive recurring subscription revenue through acquisition of new customers.
- Exceed sales pipeline creation and quota targets.
- Conduct needs assessments across various customer groups.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Maintain organized account database and activity records.
- Deliver customized presentations and product demos.
- Accurately forecast revenue opportunities.
- Communicate compelling value propositions to potential customers.
- Promote company capabilities within assigned market segments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Up to 2 years of SDR/BDR experience; SaaS sales experience preferred.
- Ability to identify and assess sales opportunities through a consultative approach.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a good listener.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and high-integrity professional.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Desire to contribute to team success as both a mentor and a learner.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for problem-solving.
- “How can I help?” attitude and willingness to think creatively.
- Proficiency in CRM automation tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
