Summary

The job is an internship position at Venti Technologies, a company developing autonomous logistics systems. The role involves calibrating controllers for autonomous vehicles using existing tools. Requirements

  • Existing Students studying in Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or related fields
  • Experience with Robotics projects
  • Familiarity with fundamental control theory (transient response, steady state condition, ...)
  • Familiarity with general programming in a Linux environment

Responsibilities

  • Use existing tools to perform lower level controllers calibration on the vehicle (Throttle, Brake, Steering)
  • Use existing tools to perform upper level controllers calibration on the vehicle (Velocity, Brake, Steering)
  • Perform controller testing on the vehicle in static and dynamic conditions for checking and validating control calibration
  • Analyze the controller performance to meet requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ROS
  • Experience with controller implementation (P, PI, PID, ...)
  • Experience with embedded system
  • Eager to learn more about control theory
