JOB PROFILE: Back Office Agent
JOB LOCATION: Broomfield, CO *** This position has the option for hybrid & remote ***
JOB SUMMARY:
The Back Office Agent is responsible for supporting key customer service operations through detailed manual image review (MIR) and data entry tasks. Primary duties include analyzing and classifying license plate images captured by the system and accurately creating new customer accounts by entering ownership details. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy. The position is performance-driven and subject to monthly KPIs related to speed and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Windows, and solid typing skills are essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and possesses strong written and verbal communication abilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review and accurately classify license plate images captured by the system.
- Create and update customer accounts by entering vehicle and ownership information with precision and efficiency.
- Consistently meet or exceed established performance targets related to speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of internal systems, databases, and relevant procedures.
- Ensuring all data entered is complete, accurate, and in accordance with established guidelines.
- Identify and flag image or data discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately when necessary.
- Follow all Back Office operational procedures, documentation standards, and data security protocols.
- Support internal team needs and assist with additional Back Office tasks, such as spreadsheet maintenance, report generation, or mail handling, as needed.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and leadership across departments.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Maintain a high standard of attendance and punctuality, in alignment with team scheduling requirements.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- If working in a remote or hybrid capacity, a minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload is required to ensure system performance and productivity.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on speed and accuracy in data entry and image review.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to follow structured written procedures.
- Proven ability to meet performance goals and adhere to productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential due to the production-based nature of the role.
- Ability to stay focused and maintain consistent performance while performing repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Windows-based systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn internal systems and adapt to changing processes.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
