Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards to monitor business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations
- Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Assist in the development of business processes and workflow improvements
- Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- 10 hours/week during the school year, 40 hours/week in the summer, >51% of the time will be in office
