We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is a natural at consultative selling and understands the digital agency space.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business, handling inbound leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
In this role, you will:
📌 Process inbound leads and conduct sales calls
📌 Prepare tailored proposals for potential clients
📌 Proactively identify and pursue outbound sales opportunities through industry research, direct outreach, or by leveraging external support
📌 Establish contact with relevant parties to generate new business
📌 Create and manage contracts for new clients
📌 Attend industry events to promote and sell our services, building a network for future opportunities
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, and we primarily target clients in the US and Europe. You can work in GMT+2 (EET), GMT+1 (CET), GMT, or US ET.
We expect you to be reachable on Teams during agreed working hours, with occasional flexibility for out-of-time-zone meetings.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
🟢 3-5 years of experience in a marketing agency
🟢 Solid understanding of the digital agency space and knowledge of consultative selling
🟢 Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain business relationships
🟢 High attention to detail and ability to follow up with potential clients in a timely manner
🟢 Comfort in approaching and engaging with people at industry events

🌟 Knowledge or network in the online gambling space
We’re looking for someone professional, proactive, and highly organized. You should have excellent emotional intelligence, structured thinking, and the ability to represent our business confidently. What’s in it for you?
💰 $3,000 - $3,500 per month + performance bonus*
