About the CEO’s Executive Office
The CEO’s Executive Office is the backbone of Insider, where you will have a unique opportunity to understand and participate in the business processes, solve day-to-day challenges, think strategically to see the big picture, get involved in,performance, investment, acquisition, operational, and legal processes. While you help Insider grow, you will also be in the spotlight while shaping Insider’s destiny through curiosity, research, experiment, and iteration. You will breathe in strategy and breathe out execution.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, COO, co-founders, department heads, and shareholders on impactful projects. You’ll take part in changing the rules of the game, and moving a tech scale-up company to the top of its league. The CEO’s Executive Office plays a hybrid role in different contexts where they constantly maintain what they have built, explore new ideas, remain relentlessly proactive, and hungry for growth.

As a Business Development Specialist at Insider day in and day out:
- You will evaluate, prioritize, develop and implement strategic growth initiatives and business opportunities based on business cases, analysis and modeling
- You will get the excellent opportunity to work closely with both Insider’s founders and investors and manage a diverse set of projects for them as well as support the executive team
- You will drive targeted, sustainable improvement by leveraging consultant skills and change management processes
- You will elevate critical business decisions to the appropriate management teams and/or functional managers
- You will work closely with different teams to follow-up action plans to drive the company’s strategic vision
- You will research and present industry dynamics (markets, competitors, customers, ecosystem partners, etc.) to critical stakeholders within the company
- You will track overall business KPI’s regarding operational excellence and growth along with high level cost/benefit models
- You will create decision-making documents for internal and external meetings, e.g. for investors, key shareholders & board meetings
- You will experience a high degree of learning and ownership in a very dynamic environment, developing the skills needed for a future senior management/startup founder role

- You are experienced in quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, and modeling the company’s future
- You are familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing and challenging environment
- You are able to think outside the box to turn big ideas into meaningful, shippable actions
- You have strong organization and time management skills to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines
- You are a passionate and dedicated person, always looking for ways to improve yourself
- You graduated from a top university in Turkey with 2 years of experience preferably relevant to the job requirements
- You have an excellent command of both written and spoken English
