Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Carbon Footprint reporting: You will play a pivotal role in collecting and analyzing complex data sets (from ERP and other sources across all offices worldwide ), working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the quality of the data.
- Support CSR action plans: By analyzing operational data, you can drive informed decision-making, contribute to the implementation of new strategic initiatives, and support our United Nations Global Compact contributions.
- Develop CSR Reporting assets: Assist in drafting the 2024 CSR report by translating raw data into actionable insights for senior management and external auditors.
- Support Annual Assessments: Contribute to Sidetrade’s annual evaluations with platforms such as EcoVadis and EthiFinance, using your expertise in CSR to enhance our compliance with ESG and CSRD standards while ensuring we maintain top ratings.
Educational background: Master’s degree (BAC+5) from a top-tier business or engineering school with a specialization in finance, accounting, or data analysis. A strong interest in CSR and sustainability is a plus.
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables) is essential.
- Experience with accounting systems and the ability to analyze data to extract and verify values is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in managing and analyzing large data sets.
Attention to detail: A meticulous approach and accuracy in reporting.
