Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant / Admin Intern to support the leadership team with daily administrative, operational, and strategic tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in executive support, project coordination, business operations, and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to anticipate the needs of executives while ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Handle emails, calls, and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents for leadership meetings.
- Organize and maintain company records, databases, and confidential files.
- Support executives in prioritizing and managing tasks effectively.
Operation & Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing company initiatives, meetings, and projects.
- Track action items and deadlines, ensuring follow-through on key tasks.
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Strategic & Business Support:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
Assist in developing business strategies and performance reports.
Handle internal and external communications to support business growth.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to optimize business operations.
Fresh graduates, career-shifters, or individuals with experience in administrative, executive support, or operations roles are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
