Job description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a strong background in highway and roadway design. With at least 5 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and real-world project experience to our growing team.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential, while familiarity with OpenRoads is a strong advantage. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects that shape how communities move and grow.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop roadway and highway plans in compliance with local, regional, and national standards
Create detailed engineering drawings and models using Civil 3D and AutoCAD
Prepare plans, profiles, cross-sections, and construction documents
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including planners, surveyors, and contractors
Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during construction phases
Coordinate with project managers to ensure deadlines, budgets, and design standards are met
Assist in the preparation of reports, specifications, and cost estimates
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Licensed Civil Engineer
At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically with highway or roadway projects
Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Experience or familiarity with OpenRoads Designer is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of roadway design standards and transportation engineering principles
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Amenable to work during U.S. working hours
