We’re looking for a Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist II to play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts. You’ll build and maintain relationships with top-notch Anesthesia Providers and internal business partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of talent for healthcare facilities across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. This role will have a heavy focus on sourcing prn/full time clinical positions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Recruiting with an emphasis on creating a great candidate experience and building an impressive employer brand.
• Generates and develops leads through multiple sources including: advertisements, cold calling, referrals, mass mailings, schools, Internet sources, receptions, and conventions, etc.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of both active and passive candidates.
• Partner with Director, Talent Acquisition to develop comprehensive recruitment strategy for open roles
• Create outreach campaigns using multiple strategies/platforms including ATS (Greenhouse), HireEz, Texting platforms, PracticeMatch, etc
• Screen providers (MD’s and CRNA’s) by building a rapport via phone calls and emails; Evaluates candidate for position and organizational match. Coordinates interviews with Medical Directors and Chief CRNA’s
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS for recruiting workflow and candidate documentation.
• Manage job postings across platforms ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Track and report individual recruiting activities and metrics
• Additional relevant projects and tasks related to recruiting
• Travel for recruiting events, conferences and/or to clinical sites, typically 6-12 times per year
Qualifications:
• College degree required, bachelors or equivalent.
• Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in Talent Acquisition is required.
• One (1) year of experience hiring clinical providers is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring partners in a remote environment.
• Experience Sourcing passive candidates using multiple technologies, platforms, and strategies to engage candidates
Preferred Qualifications
• 1 years of experience recruiting either CRNAs or Anesthesiologists
• Experience working in a remote, team-focused environment
• Experience with PRN/Locums candidates
• Experience recruiting independent contractors (1099)
