Requirements
- Required proficiency in the Google Workspace suite, and its applications such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive- including Shared Drives, and Google Groups for seamless team communication
- Related experience in a customer service setting
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced, high-stress environments
Responsibilities
- Provide coat/bag check needs through excellent customer service
- Setup and stock coat check area with hangers, tickets, registers, racks, and any other necessary tools for the smooth running of coat check service
- Organize items with care, providing customers with appropriate ticket
- Handle cash appropriately
- Retrieve claims in timely fashion
- Ensure the work area is clean at all times
- Track items left behind, properly labeling and returning them to management
