The CPO Office is responsible for ensuring the alignment of the department as a whole (composed of Product Management, Engineering, UX/Education, and Product Operations), by leading and continuously improving team articulation, communication and awareness. Simultaneously, the team is responsible for ensuring great day-to-day work experiences for all Product employees, through thoughtful initiatives prioritised according to insights shared in Employee Engagement surveys and regular communications fostering transparency and alignment across the board. You:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our CPO Office with a focus on leadership and executive communications related projects. This role offers hands-on experience in the intersection of business strategy, daily tech operations, data management, and executive communications. You are passionate about collaborating with others to make an impact, and you can easily establish relationships with others around you.
Your Day to Day:
- Assist the Product Chief of Staff and Leadership team with data collection, analysis, and reporting around strategic initiatives in the department.
- Monitor and track committed action items coming from Product Leadership meetings and offsites to ensure alignment with the department goals and priorities.
- Support the preparation of executive reports and presentations for management, with relevant and actionable data insights.
- Assist in organising Product Leadership events within available budget and resources, and support with its facilitation and note taking for continuous alignment post-event.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department through People engagement initiatives that foster motivation, and create a sense of belonging.
- Assist the Product Chief of Staff in any daily tasks/routines required.
You Have & You Know-How:
- Having, currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication/Information Science, Business, or a related field.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills to keep information well-structured.
- Comfortable with coordinating projects, owning timelines, stakeholder alignment, and tracking progress made towards completion.
- A proactive attitude driven by a mindset that sees opportunities in improvements identified.
- Proficiency in Google-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar.
- Knowledge and experience of usage of GenAI tools to optimize productivity.
- Experience with data analysis (data reporting and visualization).
- Basic understanding of budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Fluency in English.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn daily and a proactive approach to problem-solving, proving you as a fast learner and critical thinker.
Valued Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA is a plus.
- Pre-existing experience in a similar role collaborating with senior leaders is a plus.
