What the job is about
Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of financial crime cases
Reporting confirmed suspicious activity to regulating entities
Acting as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies
Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution
Previous experience in customer support or FinCrime role, preferably within the financial services industry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective resolutions
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
