We’re looking for a Mid-Level D365 BC Consultant to join our Team—a dynamic group of professionals committed to delivering high-value support and improvements to our global clients.
Location: Ukraine (Remote), Poland (Remote)
Reporting to: BC Practice Leader
POD: Delivery
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and enhancing our clients’ D365 BC environments. You’ll handle a mix of support, small projects, and optimizations that will challenge you and help you grow into a senior-level expert.
Your typical responsibilities will include:
- Managing and resolving advanced support tickets and service requests
- Analyzing client business processes and recommending improvements
- Performing configurations, data updates, and customizations
- Collaborating with developers on more technical requirements (e.g., AL extensions)
- Interact daily with clients and be involved in various short- and long-term client projects to implement and support Dynamics 365 BC
- Supporting clients across time zones, primarily in Europe and North America
- Continuously developing your product knowledge and consulting skills
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Good understanding of key functional areas like finance, supply chain, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Ability to work independently on support issues and smaller projects
- Strong communication skills—especially when working with international clients
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new features, tools, and best practices
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role
- Familiarity with AL development or Power Platform tools
- Microsoft certifications in D365 BC.

Work Structure & Collaboration
