About the role

Enavate is a US-based IT company and a Microsoft Gold Partner, known for disrupting the SMB industry with tailored business solutions. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior/Middle MS D365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&SC) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and customize cutting-edge solutions within the Dynamics 365 F&SC environment while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a globally recognized client on high-profile projects, leveraging the latest versions of Dynamics 365 F&SC. Your expertise will be key in ensuring system scalability, performance, and efficiency.

Location: Ukraine, Poland (Remote)

Reporting to: F&SC Practice Leader

POD: Partners Delivery, F&SC Practice

Your day will consist of:

• Develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SC).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in D365 systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Contribute to the development of scalable, resilient solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest versions of F&SC and apply innovative techniques to drive results.

Here’s what it takes to be successful in the role:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer specializing in D365 Finance and Supply Chain (or previous versions).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in X++ (nice to have: C#, .NET, SQL) within D365 environments.
• Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience with full lifecycle implementations, including development and deployment.
• Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with LCS, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio for project management and version control.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present technical solutions clearly.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new code bases, technologies, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Problem-Solving: A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.

Work Structure & Collaboration

At Enavate, we embrace flexibility in how we work, but we also believe that collaboration is key to our success. Our office locations in Tampa, FL, Fargo, ND, and Kyiv, Ukraine are central to our culture and provide a hub for team interaction and innovation.
