Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software, such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Microsoft Publisher, Sketch, and FrameMaker
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of printing processes and digital file formats
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production staff, DTP Vendors and linguists to create visually appealing documents, graphics, and other digital content
- Format and design documents, including brochures, newsletters, business cards, and flyers, according to client specifications
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Use desktop publishing software, such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Microsoft Publisher, Sketch, and FrameMaker, to create and modify digital content
- Ensure that all content meets established design standards, such as color schemes, typography, and layout
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) on all digital content to ensure it meets client and industry standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Work with printers and other vendors to ensure that the final product is of high quality
