Summary

The E-Commerce Management Trainee Program is a 2-year rotation designed to develop e-commerce leaders at Linjer, a high-growth company. Trainees will support strategic objectives such as optimizing cash flow, launching new jewelry products, and maximizing profitability of marketing channels. The trainee will work in various areas like operations, merchandising, customer experience, production planning, paid marketing, webshop management, CRM, finance, and receive personal mentorship from the founders.

Requirements

  • A fresh or recent graduate with less than two years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills (preferred fields: engineering, economics, finance)
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Self-starter and takes initiative
  • Coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
  • Thorough and detail-oriented
  • Tech literate and can learn new software with ease
  • Works well with others

Responsibilities

  • Achieving and maintaining a high NPS score (a measure of customer satisfaction)
  • Optimizing cash flow as we double the business every year
  • Launching innovative new jewelry products for our customers
  • Maximizing profitability of our paid marketing and CRM channels through intelligent strategy and considered execution
  • Finding opportunities to cut costs and executing on them
