Summary
The job is for an Entry Level position in the staffing and IT industry. The employee will go through a training program to learn various aspects of the business, including recruiting and business development. They will source candidates, screen resumes, collaborate on job specifications, manage candidates, schedule meetings, develop sales campaigns, generate leads, and identify, assess, and service current and new accounts.
Requirements
- 1 year of Sales/Customer Service experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
Responsibilities
- Pair up with senior members of the sales and recruiting team for training
- Attend client meetings with senior sales members
- Source top-level IT candidates using databases, social media, job boards, networking, out of the box thinking, etc…
- Screen candidates’ resumes and learn the technical and social aspects to each position
- Work within a team environment to collaborate on job specifications and best recruiting approaches to each job
- Keep track of candidates, interviews, and placements using our applicant tracking/CRM system
- Schedule in-person meetings to better get to know potential candidates
- Manage time effectively, running a busy calendar (including scheduling meetings, conference calls, interviews and meet-ups at a very fast pace)
- Develop and manage a portfolio of sales campaigns and new business opportunities
- Generate leads and set meetings to establish new business both locally and nationally
- Work closely with teammates to identify, assess, and service current and new accounts
