仕事内容
日本美術・骨董品の専門家として、私たちのユーザーが出品したロットを評価し、整理することに密接に関わります。あなたの専門知識と広範なネットワークを活用し、毎週魅力的なロットリストを作成する責任があります。
Catawikiは、ユーザー間の取引をできるだけ透明かつ公正に保つことを目指しており、あなたの専門知識と経験はこの基準を維持するために大きな役割を果たします。あなたは、どのようなアイテムがユーザーにとって興味深いか、誰よりもよく知っています。ロットのタイトル、説明、写真をチェックし、この情報に基づいてユーザーに落札予想価格を提供します。出品されたアイテムを却下する必要がある場合は、専門的かつ丁寧に対応します。
私たちは日本美術・骨董についての深い専門知識を持っている方、またすでにオンライン販売を展開している販売業者の中で、今後ヨーロッパへの販売市場の拡大を目指している業者との強力なネットワークを持っている候補者を探しています。その中には、ディーラー、ギャラリー、キュレーター、職人、情熱的なコレクターなど、業界関係者も含まれます。
必要な能力・経験:
専門家は正社員としての雇用になります。私たちは必ずしも学位や同様の職務経験を求めているわけではありませんが、以下の条件を満たしていることが必要です：
- 日本美術・骨董の専門知識
- アジア美術・骨董についての広範な知識があれば尚可
- Catawiki、1stDibs、Ebay、Yahoo!オークション、日本の美術・骨董フェアなどの主要プラットフォームで、プロとしての取引経験
- オークション戦略（最低落札価格、売却率、キャッシュフロー）を最適化する方法を理解していること
- オークションの業績をモニタリングし、出品者にトレンドを案内する優れた分析能力
- 該当分野における実績
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 優れたパソコン操作能力
- 該当分野の潜在的な売り手やの専門家とのネットワーク
- 利用者間の論争の調停役として必要とされる交渉力
- 日本語と英語に堪能であること（必要に応じて英語コースが提供される場合があります）
勤務地
日本（できれば）および香港。アジア＆トライバルアート部門のエキスパートとして、在宅勤務を行います。

Our Offices and Way of Working
Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire and connect. Most Catawikians are within commuting distance of one of our offices and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model. This means we typically ask you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days, roughly 40% of your working time, to collaborate and connect with your colleagues. Of course, if the job description specifies that the role is 100% remote—such as for certain expert or sales positions—then that arrangement will apply.
