A well-established media and advertising company is seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Microsoft technologies to support ongoing development and optimization of internal systems and applications.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer experienced in C#, .NET, and SQL databases to work on back-end and middle-tier development. The ideal candidate will support, optimize, and enhance existing applications while collaborating closely with the IT team to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
Work on back-end and middle-tier development, ensuring system stability and performance.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing applications to improve functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to support integration and scalability initiatives.
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and system architecture.
Assist in database management and performance tuning.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer focused on Microsoft technologies.
Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, and SQL Server.
Strong understanding of back-end and middle-tier development.
Ability to analyze and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with React for front-end development.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP systems.
Experience in media, advertising, or enterprise-level IT environments.
Knowledge of DevOps and cloud computing, preferably Azure.
Understanding of database performance tuning and optimization.
