As the Full Stack Lead/CTO, you’ll be at the forefront, designing, building, and deploying a state-of-the-art operating system that orchestrates workflows across tools and functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a talented engineering team to design, build, and optimize our full-stack platform.
- Drive the technical vision and architecture of the product, ensuring a seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with product designers and AI engineers to create user-centric solutions that elevate the overall user experience.
- Implement best practices in software development, code quality, and project management, while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize the performance and scalability of the platform.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company and be an integral part of senior leadership in shaping the future of our tech initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who not only meets the qualifications but is also excited about leading a team through the challenges and victories of startup life.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong grasp of both front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Django) technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CTO or in a similar capacity, where you’ve successfully managed development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of database management, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and application architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and project management practices.
- A track record of successful product launches, ideally in the SaaS space.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a growth mindset, with a passion for learning and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
