Job Overview
Wargaming is looking for a Game Designer to shape the core battle experience of our flagship mobile shooter, World of Tanks Blitz! You’ll work closely with Product Owners, UX designers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to design engaging combat mechanics and game modes that keep players coming back.

Where You’ll Work:
Wargaming is a large, international team with no boundaries! While most of our team is based in Vilnius, we are open to other locations, including Warsaw (Poland) and Nicosia (Cyprus).

What will you do?
- Design and refine core battle mechanics, systems, and game modes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prototype, and implement features.
- Create clear, actionable design documentation, mock-ups, and wireframes.
- Analyze player data and feedback to inform gameplay decisions.
- Ensure the combat experience is engaging, balanced, and fun for all player types.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer (shooters or midcore games preferred).
- Proven ability to design battle mechanics and game modes.
- Strong documentation, visualization, and communication skills.
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills to support gameplay tuning.
- Passion for games and deep understanding of combat-focused gameplay.
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Experience with game engines (Unreal, Unity, or similar).
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge.
- Familiarity with version control (Git).
- Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills.
- Portfolio of shipped or conceptual combat-focused designs.
Work mode
- Hybrid (3 days of work from the office).
- This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support.
