We are an allied health practice providing a holistic approach to client care through paediatric speech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychology across our 4 clinic locations in Brendale, Eight Mile Plains, Logan & Upper Coomera.

2026 Grad Program Salary Package
Base salary: $80,000.00
Superannuation: $9,600.00
PD allowance: up to $4,000.00 / 4 days PD leave
Total package: $93,600.00

🏠 Clinic-based role - work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners, not out of the boot of your car on your own
📅 Comprehensive induction - a 2-week comprehensive induction period, with ongoing training and development
🦥 Manageable caseload - A slow build-up in caseload, with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior SPs working right alongside you
🗣️ Frequent supervision - weekly 1:1 internal supervision & fortnightly peer supervision, you’ll never feel left on your own and will be well supported
🧠 Professional Development - monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors

Qualifications
- Full Australian work rights
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
