Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of fried fish products, including the selection of ingredients, preparation of the frying batter, and cooking techniques
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to in all stages of the production process
- Manage and develop a team of fish frying professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain efficient production processes to meet demand and maximize profitability
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new and innovative fried fish products and menu items
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for the fried fish products
