Position Overview:
The Commercial / Residential Heat Pump Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, to drive revenue growth in the heat pump sector. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share in both residential and commercial applications in North America. This is a hybrid position with remote work as well as traveling to client sites throughout the U.S.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets in the heat pump segment.
- Identifying new business opportunities in both commercial and residential sectors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, developers, M&E consultants, housing associations, and homeowners.
- Conducting site visits, technical assessments, and providing client consultations.
- Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and quotations.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of heat pump technologies, market trends, and regulatory developments.
- Collaborating with internal teams including engineering, project management, and marketing.
- Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Providing regular sales forecasting, reporting, and market analysis to senior leadership.
- Traveling to client sites throughout the U.S.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Good organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proven track record in sales of heat pumps or HVAC products in commercial and/or residential markets.
Strong technical knowledge of air source, ground source, or hybrid heat pump systems.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines.
Familiarity with building services, renewable energy incentives, and heating and cooling regulations. For commercial / residential buildings
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- Degree or technical qualification / Experience in, Heat pump / HVAC
- Existing network within the building services, property development, or renewable energy and distribution sectors.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard;
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer and design work;
- Light to moderate lifting may be required;
- Ability to work in a confined area;
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
