The work can be managed remotely – with time-to-time office presence depending on the team’s agreement and the demand of the respective professional area – from any location in Hungary. In case of some company events, office attendance is expected from the colleagues. Technical conditions for working from home are fully in place.

Job Description

Overall Purpose of Job:

“First level agent” role provides first level support handles global master data maintenance in the corporate HR master data system.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for HR professionals (customers) regarding HR master data maintenance
  • Maintaining personnel actions (hires, leavers, etc.) as a service for non-SAP countries like USA & Brazil (ADP), Poland (GT), Czech Republic (Target) and others.
  • Maintaining global organizational objects (departments, positions) in HR DataCube and their relationships (solid, dotted)
  • Respond and investigate inquiries and issues raised in ticketing system
  • Properly diagnose issues and route to the next level of support if needed
  • Escalating issues and maintain communication with the customer and technical teams in a timely manner through resolution
  • SLA’s are being met through support groups
  • Follow global processes and guidelines when investigating and solving different topics
  • Provide first in class customer service
  • Document information regarding technical issues (tickets) in the ticketing system

Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies at least until January 2026;
  • min 25 (up to 40h) hours per week working availability
  • Proficient oral and written English
  • Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel /MS Outlook)
  • Flexibility

  • Ability to learn and adapt
  • Team player, communicates well
  • Detail oriented and precise
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
