Responsibilities
- Interact with clients as a direct point of contact, asking key questions to understand their needs, educating them through clear communication, and making suggestions on industry best-practices
- Work to maintain our world-class client retention rate by delivering a high level of client satisfaction
- Develop and outline projects specifications for website builds (utilizing UX best practices)
- Organize, manage, and communicate project schedules to internal team members
- Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc
- Complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining project timelines and keeping projects within scope
Preferred Qualifications
- Part-time/summer job/internship experience is a must
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Advertising/marketing agency experience
- Experience in computer science/HTML/CSS or UX (User Experience)
- Project management experience
