As we grow our team in Europe, we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to take their first step into IT as Junior Business Central Consultants.
This is a great opportunity for:
- Recent graduates or career changers with no prior IT experience
- Early-career professionals curious about how businesses run and ready to dive into the world of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- Candidates with experience in client-facing roles (e.g., customer or technical support)—a big plus!
What You’ll Do:
You’ll learn how to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central—a leading ERP platform used worldwide. Step-by-step, with the support of experienced consultants, you’ll start contributing to real client projects while growing your knowledge and skills.
Typical tasks include:
- Supporting clients with everyday D365 BC questions and issues
- Assisting in system setups and basic configurations
- Documenting client needs and working with senior consultants on solutions
- Participating in structured training and certification programs
- Learning how businesses operate across finance, operations, sales, and more
What We’re Looking For:
- English at B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in IT, business systems, and helping clients solve real problems
- Motivation to learn and grow professionally
Familiarity with ERP systems, Dynamics 365, or basic programming (AL, SQL) is helpful, but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need.

Work Structure & Collaboration
At Enavate, we embrace flexibility in how we work, but we also believe that collaboration is key to our success. Our office locations in Tampa, FL, Fargo, ND, and Kyiv, Ukraine are central to our culture and provide a hub for team interaction and innovation.
We prioritize hiring candidates who are based in or near these locations. For employees based in Tampa and Fargo, we encourage team members to spend at least three days per week in the office to foster collaboration, connection, and contribute to our vibrant team culture.
