Role Level: Management Consultant / Senior Consultant
Experience: 3+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior BAs in IRRBB-related projects, including data analysis and documentation.
Support requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.
Contribute to IRRBB risk reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with developers to bridge business and technical requirements.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services.
Basic understanding of risk management concepts.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Willingness to develop IRRBB expertise.
