Job Description
We’re hiring a full-time Lead Generation & Sales Agent to play a key role in our client onboarding process. The agent will:
Contact and follow up with potential clients who submit inquiries or applications through our website.
Sell our first consultation, clearly presenting the value of our expert immigration services.
Follow a structured sales process and work closely with our case management team.
Generate new leads independently through personal networks, social media, referrals (family, friends, ex-colleagues, classmates), or local community outreach.
Be accountable for daily targets and proactive in bringing new opportunities.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Located in Lebanon
Full-time availability (8 hours/day) – This is a dedicated role.
Experience in sales or customer service is required
Strong communication and people skills
Young, ambitious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work remotely and independently
Willingness to learn about immigration programs and attend internal training
