Seven Starling is looking for an Independently Licensed Telehealth Therapist to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical team to consistently deliver high quality care to our patients.
Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with experience in maternal mental health. You’ll excel in this role if you are excited about working at an early stage company, pioneering the future of women’s mental health, and are motivated by the broad impact that you will have in your role!
What we look for at Seven Starling
- Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
- Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving perinatal patients
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
- Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare
What you’ll do
- Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, serving perinatal patients
- Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
- This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity.
Who you are
- Currently independently licensed as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist in Arizona
- Reside in Arizona
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience working with perinatal patients
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
- Want to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
- Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
- Bilingual is a plus!

Details
- Contract Role: Fully Flexible schedule
- Remote
$60 - $75 an hour
$70: 55 minute Individual Sessions
$75: Intake/Assessment
$60/hour: Onboarding & Meetings
