Management Consultant, Business Process Improvement SME

Our consultancy is looking for highly motivated and talented management consultants. We are looking for peak performers who have a passion for business, a joy in solving problems and a work ethic that doesn’t rest until the job is done.

Ideal candidates would possess 10+ years in management consulting with 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement and have strong interpersonal skills, have superior oral and written communication skills, a client service focus, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations and implement complex solutions in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project management and quality teams in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures.
  • Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
  • Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results.
  • Assist in development of new process capabilities.
  • Perform project management, analytics, and metrics to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
  • Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
  • Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar
  • Management consulting experience, including client facing experience
  • 3-5 years of business process improvement experience
  • Solid experience in business processes design and consultation
  • BPI certification (Lean, Six Sigma) or experience with Kaizen a plus
  • Experience with contact centers a plus
  • Strong facilitation skills, and solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Strong relationship building between internal customers, vendors and employees

COMPENSATION

  • The position is full time and will include a base salary, plus commission, and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation, and 401(k) with company match.
  • The position is remote.
