Management Consultant, Business Process Improvement SME

Ideal candidates would possess 10+ years in management consulting with 3-5 years of experience in business process improvement and have strong interpersonal skills, have superior oral and written communication skills, a client service focus, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop recommendations and implement complex solutions in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project management and quality teams in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure.
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures.
- Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
- Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results.
- Assist in development of new process capabilities.
- Perform project management, analytics, and metrics to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
- Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar
- Management consulting experience, including client facing experience
- 3-5 years of business process improvement experience
- Solid experience in business processes design and consultation
- BPI certification (Lean, Six Sigma) or experience with Kaizen a plus
- Experience with contact centers a plus
- Strong facilitation skills, and solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Strong relationship building between internal customers, vendors and employees
COMPENSATION
- The position is full time and will include a base salary, plus commission, and full benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation, and 401(k) with company match.
