Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager of Disaster Recovery to lead the planning, development, and execution of our disaster recovery strategies. You will ensure critical IT systems and business operations can quickly recover from disruptions while minimizing risk and downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage disaster recovery (DR) plans, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with IT and business units to identify recovery requirements and priorities.
Lead regular DR testing and simulations; evaluate results and improve plans accordingly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Manage DR documentation and keep recovery strategies up to date.
Coordinate incident response and recovery efforts during actual disruptions.
Provide training and awareness programs to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in disaster recovery, IT risk management, or business continuity.
Strong knowledge of DR tools, technologies, and best practices.
Experience leading DR exercises and incident response.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
