Voyc is an award-winning conversation intelligence and compliance monitoring software specifically developed for financial services firms. Voyc helps firms be compliant and improve customer service by monitoring 100% of their customer interactions. Voyc uses AI to transcribe, automatically analyse and review customer calls to identify and handle problematic interactions (customer complaints and interactions with vulnerable customers) according to regulatory requirements. Voyc automatically identifies interactions that fail to meet regulatory compliance standards, and alerts users (supervisors and quality assurance teams) of calls that need further review and remediation.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join the Voyc team.

In this pivotal role, you will own the overall marketing strategy and execution, shaping how Voyc positions itself in the market and reaches its audiences. You will take the lead in refining our ideal customer personas (ICP), ensuring the entire business is aligned around a shared understanding of who we serve and how best to engage them.

You will manage a small but ambitious marketing team (currently one marketer), delivering high-impact content, campaigns, and messaging that amplify our brand and support sales success — while collaborating closely with the SDR team by sharing insights on what’s resonating in the market and providing tailored enablement materials.

Beyond content and branding, you will own and execute strategies across SEO and inbound growth, paid demand generation (when active), and website performance, ensuring our digital presence drives meaningful business impact. You will oversee the marketing technology stack, making sure our systems and tools (like HubSpot Marketing and Google Analytics) are fully optimised.

You’ll play a central role in strengthening Voyc’s brand, enabling the sales team with compelling assets, and working with customer operations to create powerful post-sales content, including success stories drawn from our 80+ clients. From sales enablement and social media to product marketing and event promotions, you will lead initiatives that elevate Voyc’s market position and drive measurable results.

We are especially seeking someone who is an expert in using ChatGPT and other Generative AI tools to enhance all aspects of marketing — from content generation and campaign optimisation to data analysis and productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Customer Definition & Alignment

    • Own and continuously refine our customer profiles and ideal customer personas (ICP), ensuring the entire business is aligned around a shared understanding of who we serve and how to reach them.
    • Coordinate closely with the leadership team to align messaging, brand positioning, and market communications.
  2. Content & Enablement

    • Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality content (blogs, case studies, nurture emails, sales enablement materials).
    • Ensure timely delivery and high quality of all marketing assets.
  3. Sales Support & Post-Sales Advocacy

    • Deliver the right content, messaging, and tools to help the sales team succeed.
    • Collaborate with Customer Operations to generate post-sales content, including customer case studies drawn from our 80+ clients, to showcase success stories and amplify advocacy.
  4.  Promotions

    • Lead event strategy and execution, ensuring Voyc’s presence is maximized across conferences, webinars, and podcasts.
    • Oversee campaign planning for promotional initiatives, supporting the team in execution and follow-through.
  5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Associate
    • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing activities support broader company goals.
    • Work with external vendors and freelancers when needed (e.g., designers, video editors, writers)
  6. Product Marketing & Competitor Differentiation

    • Partner with the product team to develop and maintain clear, compelling one-pagers, product materials, and positioning documents.
    • Own the understanding of the competitor landscape and differentiation — ensuring Voyc’s unique value is clearly articulated across sales, marketing, and customer communications
    • Ensure product messaging is accurate, differentiated, and effectively deployed across marketing and sales channels.
  7. Social Media (LinkedIn Focus)

    • Guide the overall social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn as a key channel, with daily execution led by the team.
    • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and optimize content to improve results.
  8. Marketing Performance & Reporting

    • Track, measure, and report on key marketing metrics (content engagement, campaign reach, brand amplification, social media performance).
    • Use insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Note: Responsibility for lead generation or SQL targets sits with the SDR team; marketing focuses on supporting materials and brand impact.
  9. SEO & Inbound Growth

    • Own and execute the SEO strategy, optimising website content and structure to improve organic traffic and inbound lead generation, ensuring the marketing funnel is consistently filled with high-quality prospects.
  10. Paid Demand Generation (On Pause)

    • Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive targeted demand generation, working closely with the SDR team to ensure alignment on lead quality and pipeline goals.
  11. Marketing Technology Stack

    • Own the marketing technology ecosystem (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, automation tools), ensuring tools are correctly set up, integrated with sales systems, and optimized to support marketing and sales activities.
  12. Website Performance & Optimization

    • Oversee the performance and optimisation of the Voyc website, ensuring it delivers a seamless user experience, supports lead conversion goals, and reflects current brand and product positioning.

  • Marketing Materials Delivered

  • Nurture Email Engagement (Open and Click Rate)

  • Paid Campaign Performance (e.g., cost per lead, click-through rates, ROI on paid ads)

  • Website Conversion Rate (percentage of visitors converting into leads or desired actions)

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.

  • Proven experience setting and driving marketing strategy — not just executing tasks.

  • Strong team leadership and management skills; experience leading and developing marketers.

  • Expertise in content strategy, event marketing, and LinkedIn as a core channel.

  • Demonstrated experience managing SEO strategy and optimising organic search performance.

  • Hands-on experience with paid demand generation campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms), including budget management and performance tracking.

  • Strong project management abilities, able to prioritise and deliver multiple initiatives effectively.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and systems (e.g., Trello, HubSpot, Google Analytics, automation tools, website CMS), with the ability to manage integrations across the marketing tech stack.

  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyse performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies.

  • (Bonus) Understanding of outbound sales methodology, including cadence structuring and cold call best practices, to ensure alignment with the SDR team.
